Shipping & Warranty:

Shipping is included for the Continental US. Additional shipping charges apply for HI, AK, PR & APO/FPO addresses, or any other address outside the Continental US, please call for shipping rates. This item ships via LTL Freight with complimentary Lift Gate and Delivery appointment. A valid and working phone number is required for all LTL orders as the carrier will require an appointment for delivery. 

If the carrier cannot reach you with the contact information on your order; we will not be able to deliver to you and you will be issued a refund via check within 30 days. The refund amount will be the original amount you paid minus our shipping costs to and from the destination terminal.

Inside Delivery is not included in our shipments, please call for rates if this service is desired. Should inside delivery be requested at the time of delivery, additional fees will apply.

Our goal is to always get orders in and out as soon as possible! Customer is to receive any and all tracking information, once shipped from manufacturer. Superior Health & Fitness Solutions is not responsible for any damages in transit although we will take necessary actions to resolve matters. 

Currently, we just ship within the USA.


Shipping Method:
Orders are usually shipped within 3-7 days. (Monday – Friday) using UPS or FedEx. For Large items we used LTL.

Handling time: 1-2 days (MONDAY - FRIDAY)

Transit time: 3-7 days (MONDAY - FRIDAY)

Our order cut-off time is 11.00PM { (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Louisville) } every weekend

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

Shipping Status:
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don't worry! We know the delivery date or date range provided at checkout and we'll be sure to deliver the items within that timeframe.

Order changes:
Once your order has been confirmed, it must be changed or cancelled prior to shipment.  Otherwise, we must do a return process and the funds will not be refunded until the products have been received back.

Item not received:
If you've successfully placed an order and haven't received it yet while the tracking status shows it's delivered, you will need to contact the carrier to track your shipment. If the problem persists, contact us and we will work to resolve the matter.
